Grilled shrimp with ginger


– Shrimps: 600g

– Butter: 110g

– Ginger: 2 pieces

– Garlic: 4 cloves

– Soy sauce: 60 ml

– Lemon: 2

– Bee’s honey: 2 teaspoons

How to make it:

– Step 1: Marinate shrimp with salt and pepper.

– Step 2: Add soy sauce, lemon juice, bee’s honey, ginger, garlic and  into bowl and beat well. Then add them to food processor, add butter and blend until all  ingredients are blended together.

– Step 3: Later up mixture on shrimp. Finish, put into a hot tray, grill per side from 1 to 2 minutes or until shrimp is cooked.


Shrimp cooked on plate and enjoy. You can sprinkle a little pepper if you like.
