Fried noodles with seafood and vegetables


  • 200g of shrimp

  • 200g of squid

  • 100g of carrots

  • 200g of mushroom

200g of string bean

  • 1/2 onion

  • Cooking oil

  • Garlic

  • Noodles


  • 1 spoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 spoon of salt

  • 1/2 spoon sugar

  • 1/2 Spoon of pepper

How to make it:

  1. Prepare materials

– Shrimp: peel, wash

– Squid:  cut into the piece

Carrot washes and chops. String wash and cut, mushroom wash and cut in half, onion cut piece. Pink onion and garlic mince.

  1. Make:

– Mix cuttle and shrimp with salt, sugar, and pepper

– Boil noodle, put boil noodle in to water to make it become firm. Take noodle out water to make dry.

– Put oil into heated pan. Put minced onion and garlic in to pan until it become to be yellow. Put cuttle and shrimp and fry until cooked. Add carrot, string bean, and mushroom in. Put salt, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and fry. Put onion in and close the stove.

– Boil another pan, put a little oil, add boiled noodles into pan and fry in 1 minute to make the noodle become firm. Put the mixture of shrimp, squid, vegetable in and mix together and turn off the stove.

– Displace meal on the dish and ready for eating.
