VEGETARIAN PUMPKIN SOUP

INGREDIENT

300g pumpkin

200ml fresh milk

Salt

 

How To Make

Pumpkin peeled and then cut into small pieces

Boil Pumpkin until cooked

Put the pumpkin and 200ml of pumpkin boil water to a blender to make puree.

Pure pumpkin into a pot, add 200ml fresh milk, a little of salt , Cook for 5 minutes

Pour the mixture over the bowl and enjoy.
