Mushroom and Vegetables Soup

Ingredient

Carrots

Corn

Mushroom

Chayote

Flour

Coriander

Seasoning: Pepper, salt, sugar, cooking oil.

HOW TO COOK

Carrot, chayote peeled , diced. Corn takes seeds out. Mushrooms soaked to make soft.

Pour the oil into a heated pan, fried the mushrooms.  then add the carrots, corn, chayote , add 1 tablespoons of salt fry for 3 minute and turn off the kitchen.

Put the pot on the kitchen and then  pour 500ml of water. Pour the fried mixture of vegetable into the pot, lighten the fire to boil, wedge ½ salt and 1/3 teaspoon sugar.

Disolve 2 tablespoons of flour and 1/2 cup of water and then poured slowly into the pot and stir well. Wait for 5 minute with small fire and turn off the stove.

Put the soup in the bowl, sprinkle with pepper and coriander, and eat when it is hot.
